Booty Boot Camp
Booty Boot Camp brings you some of our favorite Glute Specific Exercises. You can make any of these exercises work from home with minimal equipment needed but it is ideal to have access to more weights so that you can continue to challenge yourself week to week. We personally choose 5 exercises at a time and have two lower body specific workout days throughout the week. This program is guaranteed to lift, tone, and grow your booty.
Lower Body Regimen
Who doesn’t want a backside that turns heads? You can do cardio until you’re blue in the face, but you won’t build a great lower body unless you do some weight training. We have mastered all the moves that build a strong and shapely Lower Body….We’ve got you covered. This Program offers 2 LOWER BODY SPECIFIC Days. You will have 1 VOLUME training day and 1 HEAVY day throughout your week. We encourage you to follow this routine for 4-6 weeks before changing it up. Consistently challenge yourself with heavier weights, more reps, as you go week to week. Next Steps would be looking into FREEMAN BUTT LIFT or our BOOTY BOOT CAMP plans to shock that body, keep it guessing and the results coming.

The Freeman Butt Lift is a 10 Week Program (Totaling 20 Workouts). You will focus on LOWER BODY training 2x/week for the 10 weeks. We bring in the FOUNDATIONAL lower body exercises that we have kept consistent in our own regimens for 6 years now BUT also add in Some of our unique techniques to ensure NOTHING but RESULTS!
