A tiger because it camouflages itself within its environment until it finds its prey/goal and once locked into the opportunity, does everything in its power to kill/achieve it

Something light and fast-acting such as a shake and piece of fruit
5. Perfect Sunday afternoon activity?
Relaxing, watching movies and emptying my bank account on Amazon
6. Most challenging exercise movements, and why?
Any form of martial art, such as boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling, because every part of your body is needed in order to perform properly and takes a large amount of energy when putting in max effort

It WILL BE me being fighting in the UFC one day with all my family and friends smiling front row while I do my favorite thing on this planet. I WILL accomplish that.
